Newb Question: Drivers side drum dragging 120-130 1966

Mine was dragging on the passenger side. What seems to have helped it was (1) replacing the brake springs with new from IPD, (2) bumping the cylinder ends back and forth a bunch of times to see that it wasn't sticking in one position, and (3) lubing the handbrake cable to that side with thin oil and anti-seize. Still doesn't turn quite as easily as the other rear wheel, and I don't know why. But it is a lot better and doesn't get hot.
