Check engine light. S90-V90

I don't know anything about these cars but here goes.

You have changed everything but the wire and its connector to the ECU. You may be getting some added resistance in between. Corrosion or possible funky copper strands.

Take a reading at The ECU by back probing while it is running with a fast digital voltmeter or a 0-2 LED sensor meter. It would be nice if you have a recording or data hold type meter.

You may try running your own wire around from the sensor output and make a separate ground back to the ECU to bypass a frame ground issue to eliminate that.

The time frame is too long between engine light reports to be a steady problem. this is, what makes me think it could be a wire communication problem.

Again, I'm just guessing on this car. Good luck.

Phil
