Bent driveshaft, how in the hell?

The carrier bearing and support are nowhere to be found. I had them replaced ~10k ago, so I know they were in good condition. My only suspicion at this point is that the drive shaft has weakened and bent under torque, breaking the bearing and support from the car? I'm just plain stumped on how this could've happened.
