Ok, checked fuse #9- its good. I replaced the relay with a brand new one from Volvo a few months back and both switches have been resoldered, thus leading me to believe that it is more than likely the heater pad itself.... Which is gonna be expensive. Oh well. My intent is to try to restore the car as I go... so far so good. One other question though, is there supposed to be an "idiot" light in the cluster when the rear fog light is on? Now, my next project is getting the chime and seat belt light(s) to work. Thanks again for you help! :)
