Rounded off nut - is there a way to get it off? 200

I replaced my radiator today and wanted to also replace the thermostat but couldn't get there. It turns out one of the nuts that threads onto the studs that fastens the thermostat to the block is too deformed or rounded to get off with a wrench or vice grips. I tried PB Blaster and still couldn't get it.

I wonder if anyone has any suggestions as to what to do next.
