Yes. 195/75 14 is closest to original OEM (185 R 14) replacement available. The 195/70 throws off speedo/odo as much as 5%, depending on manufacturer. It's unbelievable how many 245s are running around with the wrong size because even the 195/75s are getting harder to find, and tire shops sell people the 70s. People here will confirm. Can also go to a tire site online (maybe Michelin) which will have circumference info to compare to OEM.
