Oh! Man, you gotta turn this around and get it retitled.

Even in California you can do this and you know how screwed up we are!

You can even appeal the emissions here. As long it passes all inspections a home built car can be put on the road here. You can get the body and serial numbers assigned restoration or not


Think like it was an all German car. There are ways! Take it to another state and then bring it back. You got relatives about. Besides, you can justify that this is for prosperity of the '80's Volvo's.
