double check on wires to back of cluster 200

If I remember correctly, the clock does not get its power from a wire of any color, instead it gets it from where it sits on the back of the cluster. You didn't mention if your 240 was automatic, make sure your OD light works. If the OD arrow light checks out, then that wire might go to the engine service light, not to be confused with the check engine light.
