The Code From Hell (edit) 900

It is a 95 960, 2.9 litre, not turbo, not sure if it is Regina or Bosch. It has 208,000 kms. I am the second owner, care for it properly. All this started after a visit to the volvo dealer for an oil change in the dead of winter this year. 232 popped up shortly thereafter.

Here is what has been done so far:

New (used) MAF
New Volvo plugs
Smoke test
New Intake air hose (only hose that smoke test showed leaked)
High octane fuel with injector cleaner
Cleaned throttle body
New flame trap
new vacuum elbows where worn
New battery
