Yes, the RWD Volvos are generally a pleasure to work on. Getting at the back plugs on tranverse V6's are a right pain. The water pump on the Taurus was a piece of cake, however. Pleasant surprise. My old Peugeot 304 transverse 4 was a true nightmare. The blower motor on the 2000 Impala is dead easy, on the Volvo 740 it is a real pain, and so on. Overall the RWD Volvos win - as we all know.
