WASO gas cap key replacement number 120-130

Several locksmiths have told me that they cannot get a blank key for the WASO locking gas caps found on many 544s and 122s. Pete Groh at britishcarkeys.com sent me a couple of blanks that he thought might be close enough to work.

Sure enough one of them did. The width of the key blank shaft is a bit narrower than the original WASO but it fits in the lock cylinder and works without fuss.

The key appears to be for a Toyota ignition! I no longer need to live in fear of losing the one good gas cap key that came with the car.
