Pump problem 1800 1972

If there is no voltage at the plug, no matter how good the pump is, it won't
run.
Places to check are the fuel pump relay, the wiring from there to the pump and
FIRST and FOREMOST the little fuse box, probably under the left edge of your
hood (at least that is where it is on the 140/164E).
The previous previous owner of the Yellow Peril (73 145E) had the fuel pump
hooked up to the wiper circuit. Since I had other issues to sort out and
it runs that way, I haven't corrected it yet. The original fuel pump wiring
seems to still be in place.
