The made in Germany Sachs Advantage are very nice OEM replacements, if that is what you are looking for, available at FCP Groton for about $60 a side. The Bentley repair manual, available at eEuroparts.com for $39 ,is a great source of readily available info that can fill you in on this and lots of other repair jobs on the 200 series.
