Hows you fuel Pressure? If you're regulator is bad, It will cause loss of power and possibly a complete stall during load.

FCP has them for like $35-40, but it's just something to think about since I had a problem a lot like yours shortly after replacing fuel pump and filter (the problem is caused by excessively high fuel pressure wrecking or cracking the vacuum in the regulator which keeps fuel "optimally" pressurized)
