Injector question LH2.0 200 1983

According to Bentley, the rail is removed with injectors from the head, but it also says that if injector is stuck it may be removed seperately.
I'd remove the rail whole by unbolting the regulator from the manifold. Remove the connectors fromthe injectors, but keep the fuel hoses attached. Appling power to each injector you can teat it (and catch the fuel). I'd get a manual to see how to do this, even a Chiltons at the library would help.
Ifthe car is rich (mine is so rich it will not start now) it is either the computer opening the injectors too long or the injectors are leaking or the fuel pressure is too high (caused by malfunctioning return regulator). I'd check the resistance specs ofthe temp sensor first (pin 2 of the ECU).
