Having trouble starting...need to fix.

look for major vacum leak,start at the air filter box and work your way toward the motor,also look at all hoses around intake manifold.your looking for splits in the ends or diconnected hoses.what have you already tried?did this problem happen all at once?or has it been getting progresivly worse?was there a backfire involved?
