940SE Heater Fan Has Stopped Working 900 1991

OK, I figured out how to take the motor out. Tested it, applied 12V directly to motor terminals, nothing. So, now I have to find a replacement. Made a trip to the local parts store, the one they list for a 1991 940 will not fit. The housing is different.

Mine has a Delco Products USA Part Number on it. 5049891 followed by 1 339 0

Any ideas for a replacement? Sources? Looks like it may be a direct fit for a GM part, but which one? Where to begin?

Thank you!
