Bench bleeding is actually easier with the master cylinder on the car.

Remove the brake lines at the master cylinder. Attach the fittings and hoses from the "kit" and direct the hoses into the reservoir. Slowly pump the brake pedal until no more air exits the hoses. Remove hoses and reattach the brake lines and bleed in proper sequence.
