I believe Ron is correct in that a "Union" brand key came from the factory. Not sure if those are available anymore.

FWIW, I was able to use "Taylor 65V" blanks for both the ignition and door/trunk locks on my 1960 PV544.
Though the same blank was used, the door/trunk key was cut slightly shorter than the ignition key.

Good luck. I had these keys made over 30 years ago.
