Pix of Door Handle repair 900 1994

I will try by memory but forewarned it is only as good as my memory:)
1)Unscrew door lock stem
2)Use small two small screwdrivers to remove red lens on light on rearward portion of door. One at top of light(centered) and one at bottom(centered). I used one at top only and broke it. Then remove light inside.
3) Unscrew plastic screw thingy at bottom of interior door handle cup, then remove cup.
4) Use nail to pluck rubber grommet off top of interior handle then remove screw and plastic portion of handle.
DO NOT remove or attempt to remove the furry 4"x16" horizontal panel above the interior handle cup. Not neccesary and you WILL break clips(as I did).
5)Remove speaker covers
6)Get down on your back and look up at bottom of door. You will see three recessed white clips. I use a small screwdriver inserted gently to one side of the clip to rotate the clip just enough so I have a nice pointy end to grab with my needle nose pliers, then pull. They pop right out.
6)Grab panel by sides close to the bottom and gently pull away from door. Bottom should seperate fairly easily. Then, still gripping in same area begin to wiggle and push up at same time. This breaks her loose from the top lip. This took more effort than I like to exert on such things but didnt damage anything. Hold panel and dont let it fall until you unhook wiring. Unhook wiring. There's some plastic watershielding held to the door by black goo. Remove.
I think that covers it...so yes as you noted I did damage 1)Red lens 2)Furry inner door fascia. So far:)
