I agree with Poolman, change the T-belt religiously (every 70K or less), and change out the pulleys and tensioner (T-belt) every 140K miles. Also, keep an eye on the upper plastic radiator hose neck for leaks, drips, cracks. And make sure you shift the trans into L on a regular basis to keep the grease distributed in the PNP sensor.
