There are a couple issues at play here. The first is that the US economy is just tanking. The dollar is at historic lows compared to other currencies-- including the Euro, which isn't a good thing for Americans buying European car parts. Everything is going to cost more-- I don't have to tell you about fuel ($4.23/gallon here today), but staples like flour and rice are spiking. Things are going to get a lot worse before they get better. The bill for the wars is going to take a long time to pay off (and the bill is still rising because there is no end in sight in either war yet). It took a decade and a half to pay for Vietnam, and there's little reason to believe it will be any quicker this time around...
As for the website, my suspicion is that they are putting their own front end on the familiar Worldpac websites-- have a look at alloemvolvoparts.com or a similar Canadian site, http://www.autopartsonlinecanada.com. The parts are all organized into the same categories. Others here have reported seeing the Worldpac trucks at the FCPgroton store.
I still think the best way to deal with FCPgroton is by phone. They aren't perfect, but compared to what I have to deal with locally here in Canada, they are dramatically better than any other alternative.
Just my two cents worth!
