#1 Give the guy a break, he is trying his hardest to keep up with the pace of business today.
#2 Quit your whining, THINGS COST MORE NOW.....If you have not noticed, DIESEL is expensive.
#3 I just had two shipments "Post" change, and my customer service has not changed one iota.
I say "HAIL the great customer service and parts from FCP!"
and heck, if you don't like it, it is your right to buy somewhere else....may be cheaper, but not as knowledgeable or honest.
I'll keep my business with FCP.
