Have you ever cleaned the throttle body? It is pretty easy to do - an orifice in the bottom can get clogged, causing the egr flow to be improper. It is pretty easy to pull the intake hose off and look in past the butterfly with a flashlight - the orifice in is the center bottom and about 3/16" diameter. Don '95 854T
