FWIW: fcpgroton sells the ETC part for $495.
What about the O ring problem (about $400) and the delaminating door panels (about $250 per pair) all of which I've experienced by 68K mi. I'm holding my breath and crossing my fingers regarding the ETC.
If you get a good price, buy it and spend money on an IPD exhaust and K&N filter --take off the intake restrictor plate near the horn--which you should relocate anyway. The performance was and is instantly noticeable. The rest you save for the ETC.
