Befor you pull the door panel apart, the plastic bits are too cold this time of year, pull up the window switch in the console. They pop out straight up. I use a safety pin with the tip bent, via pliers, at a 90 degree angle. Others use a very small screw driver and pry it up. To verify the switch is bad, pull up another one and switch the switches. If it still doesn't work, then either the wire going through the door hinge broke (not really likely) or the motor itself is no longer happy.
