OK, I got the seatbelt changed without removing all of the upholstery. I was able to remove the rear seat curtain holder and the right side corner protector. Using a ratchet, socket and short extension, I was able to work in the small space to remove the old torn seat belt. Now I have another problem. I can't get the new seatbelt to extend. I'm talking about the right rear shoulder harnesss on a 98 V70. So what am I doing wrong, or is the belt defective?
