Seized Engine on 2001 V70 T5 V70-XC70 2001

NO oil is probably the cause indeed. IF so, they should just fess up as their insurance will cover it, not a warrantiable situation.
IF they keep denying it, you may need to hire an attorney and get another trained techs opinion, a tech from yet another dealer. Volvos own customer satisfaction people (reps) should be involved before it gets that far.
