automatic transmission flush S70 1998

flushed the tranny this weekend but the idiot lights still come back on.
getting "check engine" and flashing "up" arrow and flashing lights on S-E-W switch.
checked fluid level-hot and seems to be on the mark.
shifts better when cold then hot.
any ideas???
car has 116,000 miles,not raced or abused.
