air pump ? S70

98 S70GLT w/150K. My air pump started turning on at times other than at start up. Someone suggested replacing the relay which I did. Now I notice that sometimes when I come to a stop, the air pump turns on, when I start moving, it turns off, any ideas? (I don't remember if it turned on & off like that before replacing the relay)
