Check Engine Light OBDII Reader Error V70-XC70 1998

My Check engine light went on, and I used my ODBII code reader and it gave me the code P0107 which is "Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input" I have no clue what this means and want to know if anybody else does. Maybe this is an easy fix before I spend a lot of money to take it to the dealer.
