Depends too on the year S70. The newer '99 on up engines are different, use a different type of tensioner (not shown at Bay13 to my recollection, unless they've added it?) and the newer manual tensioner type has different settings based on temperature. There's a bit more room for error there IMO. The newer engines get trickier yet and I doubt that Bay13 will even post those instructions but we'll see. All I'm trying to do here is add some caution to the wind as not everyone here is mechanically inclined enough to do everything themselves on cars. If a person doubts their abilities and/or auto knowledge, experience, then I wouldn't advise some types of repair/maintenance attempts to those people.
An example: some say that roofing a house is easy too but I've never done it before and when my house needed re-roofing, not wanting it to blow off or leak (or spend my vacation time trying to learn a new craft), I decided to pay a guy with experience. Once done, one can just forget about it.
