I bought my 855 from them back in 1995. Back then, the service department was great. Then, as time passed, they replaced the service writers with younger people. These "new" service writers are not as friendly as the "old" staffs. Their overall service is still much better than Boston Volvo even though Dalzell doesn't wash customer's car after the service.
