Bumper compatibility 850 1994

I have a '94, which has the newer front and rear bumpers. But I had the tailights that were on the 93-94. Luckily, for you, the new tailights go straight in with no modifications, centerpiece and all. You can even use your old light holders if you break off a small plastic tab that will get in the way of the new lenses. Trust me, if you can find a new tailight set for cheap, you'll be amazed at how ridiculously easy the upgrade is.
