Interestingly, the 95’s are the only year Volvo that have both OBD 1 and OBD 2 systems. Never used the OBD 2 on my 95 but it is there. The connector is located near the shifter. You can buy an OBD 2 scanner but I wouldn’t. Instead you can go Autozone and they will read the codes for zip...
