Throttle Body Jam (OBD Code P2111 - Throttle stuck open) V70-XC70 2003

Spraying the Gas Pedal Electronic Unit connector with electronic contact cleaner fixed the problem. The connector has a lovely locking mechanism, much better that the one on the Throttle Body, but the pins are silver, and I wonder if the tin plating is up to thirteen years of service. I now have a surplus Throttle Body with questionable reliability. If anybody can test or restore it and wants it please let me know.
