The Bosch Throttle body you are working with should be plug-n-play, no programming required. The older Magneti Marelli units do require programming, from what I'm told.
Can you remove the throttle body and intercooler duct as one piece and then pull them apart on the work bench? Applying some heat to the duct around the neck with a hair dryer may soften it a bit and facilitate it's separation from the throttle. You need to get them separated in order to do a thorough cleaning.
