2008 S80 T6 Multiple dash warning lights on S80

I have a 2008 S80 T6 with 91k miles. Today, all of a sudden, the Generator warning light came on then a few seconds later many other warning lights came on including ABS, Traction control, and airbag. The car seemed to work fine and I got it home with no problem. Any ideas as to what the source of this seemingly horrible condition can be?
