Reliability - any thoughts? V70-XC70 2001

I am 6'-6" with most of my height in my long legs, so I have to try cars on for size. I currently drive a

1990 SAAB 9000 with 200,000 miles and am getting ready to get a new car. I've narrowed it down to

either the Volvo V70 T5 or a SAAB 9-5 wagon with the light pressure turbo 4 cylinder. Any thoughts

on which will be more reliable, have better resale (although I probably will keep it for 10 years or so),

cost of repairs, etc. I'm somewhat scared of the V70 due to reports in Consumer Reports and online

that they are not reliable.
