2000 S70 non turbo heating and air problem S70

The blinking lights indicate an error detected in the system. Usually it is the cabin temp sensor that gets dirty.

A noisy blower is not good. But, because it doesn't work at all when it is hot, it could be the resistor that has gone out. Neither the blower or resistor are cheap, but they are easy to replace.
