Replacing the oil separator and PCV system 850

I don't know which bolt you are refering to, but the PS pump and thermostat housing do not get removed! The fuel lines get loosened, there should be a bracket at the top of the cam cover which is easily removed.

There is a bracket holding the intake manifold, its bolt is under the manifold and about 1 inch behind the bolt for the dipstick.

The bottom bolts for the intake manifold just get loosened about 3 turns, you will need a 6 in extension and 'feel' where the bolt head is.
