Awesome! Thank you so much ADub, I was just going to go down to the dealer to get this official info - saved me the trip :)
I was just a bit p-off after spending $80 on alignment, not to have it done to correctly to spec...
The document I was using was the Volvo shop manual from 1995 that is available for free download. I am guessing that the specs have since been slightly updated.
My shop's printout shows Volvo 850 1993 - 97 and I now see some "microscopic" digits next to my measured, that show the range almost exactly the same as your numbers. I guess there must have been an update after the official shop-manual was printed.
Good thing is that I am now all within spec, except the one Caster reading on Left Front 2.0 degrees in stead of 2.3 - 4.3, but I am not too worried about that since I think it is hard to adjust and for 3 tenths on caster I am not going to loose any sleep...
I have a feeling that Toe in and Camber is more important for even tire-wear and the car does run straight and true :)
Now I can move on to some detailing of the interior and freshen up that black leather with some conditioner.
