In my opinion, alignments from the run of the mill tire places and even dealers are highly suspect. Had a VW dealer do my Golf some time back, but it never felt right, even though the print out said all was well. Solution find a real shop that knows and understand this stuff; however, that will not be easy and the alignment will be more like 90 - 100 bucks instead of 60 (at least where I live).

Does the car drive well, if so, I wouldn't sweat it too much until I noted some issue like unusual tire wear or pulling to left/right, etc. Again, just my opinion.
