Thanks Klaus...to all who are thinking about tackling the evaporator replacement...go for it. It was not that bad. I learned alot about my 850 in the process and whoohoo, Klaus, The zone control problem seems to have fixed itself. I know that is highly unlikely but it is true. Everything is working fine now.
