Timing belt and trans fluid exchange S70 1998

Hi all,

I have a used 98 S70, NA, 64k miles. I have no history on the vehicle, so I am thinking I will need to make some mandatory maintenance. I was considering a timing belt job and maybe a trans fluid exchange. Anything else I should do? I think the antifreeze is fresh.

Also, as far as the timing belt goes, what should be replaced? Belt, tensioner, anything else? And as far as trans fluid goes, what type should it be? Synthetic? Or regular?
