The belts are due at 70K miles or 10 years. You already got your money's worth. Change the belt and the tensioner roller, not the tensioner which is good for 200K+. The old black hydraulic tensioner is much better than the new ones.
Change the serpentine belt, it has to come off anyway.
I have always used the cheap tranny fluid, with flushes at 50K miles after the first flush. It takes at least 10 quarts to flush the tranny. If you drain the tranny sump first, it takes an aluminum crush washer(same as the oil drain plug) and that is 'about' 3.5 quarts. Always measure what comes out so you know how many quarts to put back in, the dipstick is not accurate enough.
Check the condition of the brake fluid, it is probably very old.
