Did you check if your S60 was part of the fuel rail pressure sensor recall? My 2004 S60R would cut out intermittently but I also got the CEL - when I pulled the code it was the sensor.

I took it to the dealer and they told it had already been replaced (it was a lease return), so I told them to replace it again -- if I was wrong I'd pay bill. In the end I was right.
