Update
The problem came back even worse than before coming to a stop the car would stall several times a day the problem was solved by replacing the fuel pressure sensor
Volvo Fuel Pressure Sensor (V70 S60) - Bosch 0261230109 has worked fine the last 2 years. Cheers
