Audi revisited? S80 99

Anyone have any incidents of S80 surging or sudden acceleration? My wife created a new drive-in window at a bank recently when the car jumped over a curb and attacked the building. She stated that the car had been doing this several times that day. It has not yet exited the collision shop, so the dealer has not yet checked for any diagnostic codes.
