If the starter motor is turning slowly, and not due to extreme cold, then look at the battery contacts.
If it cranks for a good 15 seconds before starting, take a look at the exhause pipe and see if there is black smoke coming out for a few seconds when it finally starts. An over rich condition could be caused by a failing fuel pressure regulator.
Always check the vacuum lines, looking for cracks as this could also change the fuel pressure.
If this just started happening after your last fill up, go to a different station and fill up with premium.
